Stake serves Nigerians from abroad, without a Nigerian licence. The owner, Medium Rare N.V. (company 145353, Curaçao), cites a Curaçao licence for the site.

Complaints therefore go to Stake's support desk and then to the Curaçao licensee.

Rakeback returns 3.5% of the house edge on each stake. Crypto can leave Stake in any amount above each coin's floor, with a network fee per payout. For USDT that means at least 2.5 USDT out and 1 USDT taken as fee, so a single big withdrawal is cheaper than many small ones.

Card payouts take as long as three business days, crypto depends on confirmations, and very large requests may be checked by hand. Stake also cancels payouts from deposits that were never bet, and asks for a 2FA code or email approval each time crypto goes out.

Single bets, multis and same-game multis are all on offer. In a standard multi, one losing leg sinks the slip, while a voided leg is simply priced at 1.00. Stake Shield, for multis with three legs or more, lets you set how many must win, and the price adjusts to that safety margin.
